Feature Requests

Automatically save history of a Jig presentation as it is created and edited. Allow users to preview other versions of a Jig, and restore an older version of a Jig to be the current version that is published to all viewers.

User would like to record audio during a spatial presentation and generate a text transcript.

Removing and adding new accounts for large numbers of students or employees in the new year or for a new project is difficult. Having the ability to add in/plug in a CSV list of the new accounts might be a good way to speed up the process.

Can we export models from Jigs? I'd like a way to export an assembled model from JigSpace into a format that we can utilize in other software environments (either OBJ with texture, FBX with textures, or STEP).

Ability to link Jigs so that the user can flow from one to the next. The goal is to facilitate multi phase work instructions. We've put together a demonstration on our site, hopefactoryproduction.com , using hyperlinks. It would be great to be able to configure these narratives in app.

Allow file or sharing permissions to be set for a group of users. If we add a user to the group, that user inherits whatever permissions that group has. This will make it easier to add new users to projects, without having to remember what files they should get. Instead, just add them to the group (i.e. Engineering Faculty).

Allow anyone with approved email domain to join our team and avoid setting up duplicate teams or accounts.

Some users what a feedback look, where viewers can annotate models when viewing them in JigSpace, which could be captured and reviewed later. Other workflows include sharing a link to a Jig, where viewers can tag an object and add a comment or reaction to it. Interested to hear other users ideas or needs in this area.
