Automatically save history of a Jig presentation as it is created and edited.

Allow users to preview other versions of a Jig, and restore an older version of a Jig to be the current version that is published to all viewers.

The front-end interface for this is currently on hold. We completed a lot of the backend work some time ago, but have prioritised other creator-capabilities ahead of this in the short term.
