Transfer ownership of Jig presentation between users

When someone leaves a team, or a project, users may need to permanently transfer ownership of a Jig to another team user.
Multi-tenanted enterprise customers should also be able to transfer jig ownership from a user in one tenant to another tenant so that content can have different white-labelled branding, or support divisional reporting requirements.
This should be easy to do in the admin dashboard by authorised admins.
Currently this is performed by JigSpace support staff.
