- Click on an object in your Jig.
- Open the Object Properties panel on the right-hand side.
- Click Change Pivot.
- Click and drag the pivot in the viewport using your mouse, or use numerical input to set the origin position (x, y, z coordinates) more precisely.

Feedback received:
I noticed that the origin of the object is by default at the centre of each object. My question is is there any way I can control the placement of the origin of the object, which will in turn help me use the x,y,z sliders to control the location of the object?
For example if I have 2 objects of different sizes, and I want the base to be at the same level, if I use the x,y,z sliders, the same z values doesn’t bring them at the same level since their origins are at different heights. A solution would be to have both their origin at the base of the object and then the same z value would get them at the same level?
Any method to tackle this kind of issue?
For context I am importing geometry from blender as objs. The origins are set correctly in blender, but they change as they are imported into JIG

Hugely important for us to animate our robot arm.

This is huge, we still don't know how peter did it for our vanmoof project, but it's very annoying not to be able to change the axis, especially in industrial products too
